See you soon!
Hiring in tech is changing. Employers are increasingly looking past the diploma and focusing on what candidates can actually do, while the skills that matter keep shifting faster than any curriculum can keep up with.
So where is tech education actually heading, and what does it take, right now, to land a job in tech?
Join us for a conversation that looks at this from three different angles: what actually decides things in hiring when hundreds of CVs land on a single role, how to approach your own development when knowledge goes out of date faster than ever, and what it's really like to be the one going through that decision right now, learning in a peer-to-peer, project-based model with no lecturer at the front of the room.
18:00–18:10 — Welcome & Opening - short presentation of 42 Warsaw
18:10–18:50 —The Future of Tech Education
45 minutes on where tech education is heading, what HR teams are really looking for, and how not to get lost in a world where a diploma can't keep up with the pace of change, featuring Ewa Zmysłowska (Chief People Officer, Play), Aleksandra Czetwertyńska (Director, 42 Warsaw), and Aleksander Garbacz (42 Warsaw Alumni).
18:50–19:05 — Break + Networking
19:05–19:30 — Student Presentations: three 42 Warsaw students sharing what they learned from their first IT internships and showcase projects built during their studies
"Globalization" is one of the key words for startups aiming to scale. If you're looking to expand into the Asian market, Japan is one country well worth considering.
Japan hosts a wide range of startup-related events and trade fairs throughout the year. In some cases, PAIH (Polish Investment and Trade Agency) even covers exhibition fees —making these events a good starting point if you're interested in exploring the Japanese market.
In this session, we'll introduce some of the key startup events and fairs to watch in Japan, and hear directly from people who have participated in them.
Kto będzie budował sztuczną inteligencję przyszłości – USA, Chiny... czy Europa?
Wyścig AI nabiera tempa. Europa odpowiada własną strategią i inwestycjami w infrastrukturę nowej generacji. Jednym z jej kluczowych elementów jest Gaia AI
Factory – strategiczny projekt infrastrukturalny rozwijany w ramach EuroHPC Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU), którego celem jest stworzenie innowacyjnego ekosystemu sztucznej inteligencji o globalnym znaczeniu.

Language learners, international professionals, founders, expats, and curious people who want to use AI to communicate better across cultures.
We’ll explore how AI can become a personal language coach: helping you create conversations, correct your mistakes, practice speaking, simplify difficult texts, build vocabulary, and stay consistent. I’ll show practical examples of how learners can use tools like ChatGPT to turn passive input into active practice and create a personalized learning system.
In this practical session, Luca Lampariello, polyglot and language coach, will show how AI can transform the way we learn foreign languages. We’ll look at how to use AI for speaking practice, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, writing, storytelling, and real-life conversations — without replacing human interaction.
A simple, repeatable AI-powered language learning workflow they can start using immediately, plus concrete prompts and strategies to make language learning more active, personalized, and effective.

Everyone is adding AI tools. Very few are building the thing that will matter more: the memory and knowledge architecture those systems can think with. The companies that win in the next phase of AI will not just have better models. They will have a better brain - a way to capture what the company knows, how it learned it, what changed, what failed, and what still matters. That means turning scattered calls, messages, documents, decisions, and operational signals into usable, evolving knowledge. This talk is about what that future actually looks like, why most businesses are not structurally ready for it, and what can be done now - before AI-native competitors start compounding faster than everyone else.
This session is for founders, marketers, product teams, lawyers and compliance professionals who use AI-generated content, chatbots, voicebots or generative AI tools in their daily work.
We will explain the transparency obligations under Article 50 of the EU AI Act and translate them into practical decisions. Using real-life examples and interactive case studies, we will discuss when content qualifies as AI-generated, AI-modified or a deepfake, who is responsible for disclosure, and how labels should be worded, displayed and timed. We will also look at chatbots, synthetic advertising, public-interest content and the relationship between the AI Act, consumer law, copyright and platform rules.
Guests will leave with a clear framework for assessing AI content, practical examples of compliant labels and a checklist for implementing transparency requirements within their organisation.
