What happens when you have to speak without preparation — before your inner critic has time to tell you what you should have said?
Drawing on the principles of theatrical improvisation, Monika Ozdarska explores how spontaneity can become a practice of confidence: trusting your first thought, finding words in the moment, staying present, and letting go of the need to get everything right.
An interactive introduction to improv as a tool for speaking with more freedom, courage and presence. No acting experience needed. Just come ready to play, experiment and see what happens when you stop trying to be perfect.
Monika helps professionals, leaders, and founders communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. Her background combines public speaking, applied improvisation, facilitation, and startup pitching, allowing her to support people in both business and professional communication settings.
