Thursday Gathering #258 PITCH. DISCOVER. PROSPER.
From Technology Initiatives to Business Outcomes
Jun 11, 2026, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM GMT+2
at Hall 3, Chmielna 73
Many technology initiatives stall in the same place: promising experiments and proofs of concept fail to translate into sustained business outcomes.

The constraint is rarely the technology itself. More often, new technologies are introduced into systems of work that were never designed for iterative, value-driven experimentation, fast learning, and adaptability.

During this practical session, we will introduce and use 4 lenses: Value, Flow, Quality, and Experience to assess how technology initiatives are defined, structured, delivered or constrained in the effective value they deliver to the business.

You will apply the 4 lenses to assess and redesign a technology-enabled initiative - internal or client-facing - working with realistic constraints and trade-offs faced by teams doing the work.

Through guided exercises, you will:

- Clarify the Problem being addressed and whether the technology is the right lever
- Identify Flow constraints that slow experimentation, learning, and delivery
- Define Quality signals required to build trust with users and stakeholders
- Examine Experience impacts for both delivery teams and end users
